The 1st European Sport & Physical Exercise Event for Mental Health will be held in Athens, Greece, on 21,22 & 23 September 2018. The 3days schedule has been organized with the support of The School of Physical Education and Sport Science of National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
A bicycle tour is foreseen for the third day, with the support of Hellenic Republic Region of Attica. The starting points would be different places around Athens while the finishing line has been defined at Pedion Areos park, where it will also occur the closing ceremony.
During the 3days events a parallel Art Event for combating mental health stigma will take place at Alssos Veikou and Pedion Areos park, respectively.
